Our Jr Cavs Train & Compete Winter League blends skill development with live game action to give players the best of both worlds. Each week, athletes train with our certified coaches to sharpen their fundamentals, then compete in structured league play.

Each player receives:

The season runs for 7 weeks:

• Weeks 1–2: Mini-Camp (one day per week, 1-hour sessions) focused on fundamentals, team play, and game prep.
• Weeks 3–7: League Play (training + games each week). Players continue developing skills while competing in Jr Cavs league games with referees and full rules.
